Backing up website

Hi,

I am trying to backup my website using the FTP client. I've already successfully backed up the database.

But in backing up the website, it appears as if it is successful, but then I check my files on my computer and most of them are 0 kb and have no information on them.

Can anybody help me? Thank you!

Use a third party FTP program such as Filezilla (free download) - far more reliable

Thank you. I found that out last night on another thread and decided to go with FireFTP. Now I'm all backed up! =)
