switching web design programs

I'm about to redign my website using Dreamweaver cs3 from Frontpage. My Frontpage website is fully functional on Bravenet now. Will I have any problems taking down the old site and putting up the new? Everything else is staying the same on my site...

Browser: firefox v. 3.6.3

OS: windows 7/ Mac OS X v. 10.5

If its a complete redesign then just upload in the normal way. Your FTP software will automatically replace existing files with the same name.
