Hi everyone, I have been trying to renew my hosting as today is the day it expires. I'm really trying to figure out asap what to do before something happens to my website and there are free ads everywhere :( everytime i try to renew/upgrade it says order failed but my card is good standing according to the bank. i have opened up support tickets but no answer as of yet. please if any of you can help me i would appreciate it greatly...also what does recurring transaction mean? will they automatically renew it for me? is that what it means? what happens if the card still doesn't work? what are my other options

Well I would start by FTP transferring all I can as a backup until you get it sorted out, you may want to download and install the "filezilla" client on your computer and FTP what you can until you can open and get help on a support ticket....wish you luck but being the weekend and after hours I doubt you get help any time soon thru support ticket.
