I was wondering. When I go to purchase the hosting it looks like it's going to bill me for the full price of $99.00. I thought you pay monthly. How does this work?

You pay the full price. The 8.25 or such their a month is what it breaks down to to equal the 99 dollars for a year you are paying for.
