i have finished my website but it is not public.
please tell me the steps in which i can make it public.

What do you mean by "public"? Since you do not give us your URL, the reasonable assumption is that the finished website you are talking about is still sitting in your computer. Well, you need hosting. There is a link on the green line up there that says "free web hosting & domains". Follow it. When you have hosting, follow the instructions to upload.

Just in case you are confused and don't know how to ask your question: If you have a website online somewhere and the main page is called ludu.html, home.html or some other nonsense, rename it index.html.

Or.... not as much confused as superstitious: Search engines work within natural laws, they are not magical. If by "public", you mean findable in Google, go to Google. Follow instructions.

who is your host and what is your web site? we can't help you without more info.
