disabled Directory Browsing How can I get it back on

Hi I,m james Walden. Somehow I disabled my website
my index.html will not show up.
The note I get is Directory Browsing Has Been Disabled. Can somebody please help ?

is 3 kilobytes. The original 123 kilobytes. Resizing online is usually a bad idea.
