problem with image link

Hi all,
There is probably so simple of a solution to my issue but I can't figure it out.

On the bottom of my webpages, I have 3 images that are linked to outside websites. When I set them up in Dreamweaver CS4, I typed in the link as "www.gostafford.com" [as an example of the first pic] and so on for the rest of the linked pics.
BUT when you click on the picture to go to the desired page, you get an error saying page not found because the link is coming across as "www.fscws.org/www.gostafford.com"
When I go into the Bravenet file manager to edit the file and correct the link, it shows up as the way I typed it in.

any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks!

Re: problem with image link

I can't identify the link that you are referring to but I would guess that you simply missed out the http:// at the beginning. That would cause the browser to look for it as part of the current site rather than as a different site.

Re: problem with image link

You need to put in http:// in front of your link. http://www.gostafford.com
