The FTP app keeps getting stuck at 1% I'm trying to upload a .rar file, but when I try it gets stuck and my folders vanish until I refresh the page. What do I do? I have to upload it as .rar or the file won't work with the Eclipse Autoupdater >_<


Just throwing this in. I used to have an account here awhile back, and last I checked, free members were able to open support tickets. Who's stupid idea was it to take that away >.>

Well apparently you don't keep up with things arouond bravenet

if you are a member with a free hosting/free subdomain things have changed.

You only have 5mb of space with your site and only Paying customers can really open support tickets


Make sure you are allowed to upload a .rar file if you have free hosting/or free subdomain

as those files are not allowed

Try a 3rd party ftp program if you are using the ftp applet as that always has problems
