I was wondering if someone could help me. I updated my website a few weeks ago and I was unable to view the site "403 Forbidden" I have checked and the index.html file is present. I have deleted all the photographs from my site I haven't touch the site for over a month so I know I have plenty of bandwidth. But I still can't make my website viewable Can anyone tell me what I should do next?
Seeing that you gave NO LINK to your site The answer to your problem is probably the same thing as the other poster who posted a thread on THIS SAME topic You are probably OVER YOUR LIMIT for space of 5mb if you have a free subdomain here at bravenet or free hosting Or your index.html page is not their listed in the appropriate directory So YOU need to go through and take out ANY HUGE files especially photographs People tend to put up digital photos on their webpages WITHOUT optimizing them/resizing them down to an appropriate size Once you get your site BELOW 5mb of space you it will be ok to load back
