That is one reason Don't try to block all these people because you could be blocking someone that you shouldn't have. You could be blocking yourself especially if you are guessing a person's IP address when you want to go block them
So you need to e-mail the owner of the website/forum etc and talk to them on why you were blocked.
They could have blocked you as you were causing problems
People always want to block spammers and trouble makers from their forums and more but as said above sometimes in picking that person out they could end up blocking the wrong person with the IP address they pick to block
