viviti and bravenet domain

Hi, New here, and new to website building. If I purchased a domain from bravenet, but hosting with viviti, do I need to change dns settings ? I have the primary and secondary from viviti, and saw the page to change DNS settings. Am I supposed to change these or add or what ? I'm not really dumb, I just act that way!

your dns settings are supposed to be pointing to what your host for where you are hosting your domain says they should be

So, should I change the settings ? They're for bravenet now, but I have some viviti settings.
