How long after purchasing a domain name before able to publish site?
I've just purchased a domain name from Bravenet and am unable to publish a webpage. Is there a rule of thumb with Bravenet on the amount of time before the domain name will be available for publishing?

I can see your "under construction" page. If you can't then that is down to your ISP not Bravenet. Some, particularly in the USA, do seem to be bad at keeping their DNS records up to date.
