Why my account is suspended?

It says: Your account is currently suspended, please contact the support department.

WE can't tell you hear why your account is suspended

You are probably in violation of the terms of service which you must read and apply to when you get a domain/hosting or the free subdomain etc here


SO follow what it says to do you MUST OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET

then you can find out what you have on your site

if you have anything that is inappropriate or you are causing spamming issues anything your site can be suspended.


It is part of the rules

I never ever violates any terms of service, few month back someone start spamming by nudity in the Forum I notice this and delete the entire Forum, is something wrong I did?

READ the previous post and follow what it says to do in your suspension notice and OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET

As said it could have been anything from you having porn on your site, been abusive with someone and the reported your site as abusive


Just don't know YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT UP with bravenet in a support ticket



And also READ THE TERMS/PRIVACY by clicking on the link at bottom of page so you can be aware of the rules and more


And because your e-mail is yahoo you may want to make a note of the ticket number so can monitor it online just in case you don't receive the automated responses when you open a ticket
