A blank window open?

Please:

Why the following when the WINDOW-SITE open:...

The webpage you are viewing es trying to close the tab
Do you want to close this tab? "

It's necesary to click yes, and the BLANK-WINDOW close and the SITE-WINDOW OPEN ???...
