Help with CNAME

I recently started a Mobile Me account. In order to use my domain name, it says for me to change my CNAME. So, I went to do this on my account. There are 2 blanks: "host name" and "destination host". They only give me the information to put in for the "host name". What information goes in the "destination host" blank?
