my default page is not working. It is a frameset page that connect all the pages together. Can someone tell me why it is not working. It works fine when I made it but when I downloaded it into this account, now it don't work.

I see no code on your page. You should try uploading again.

But you should also know that frames are not supported with our free sites. They should still load though, but because of the ads on free sites all you will probably see if a bunch of ads.

Bravehost does not support frameset for free accounts. You could upgrade your account and use frameset. However, frameset is being deprecated by new html and xtml and xhtml standards.
