I am wondering if there are issues with the upload system to add files to the file library? I am having trouble uploading a PDF document to my site. The error message states I have "insufficient permissions or the uploaded file size exceeds disc quota". I reduced the file size of the document to 783kb and my account has only used 2.1MB of the 30 GB size. The document has no security permissions attached to it.
Any ideas on how to upload this? Would it be better to create an FTP account and proceed from there?
