Graphics Slow to Load

I am having some difficulty with my site (www.asweetandsimpletreat.com). When I navigate to each page, the logo graphic is very slow to load. The graphic is a .jpg file.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Since that problem no longer seems to exist, I'm guessing that the .jpg file you replaced with the .gif you are using now was insanely huge.
