There is nothing to renew in your account, it stays open as long as you have any free or paid Bravenet service.
What does need renewing is your domain name registration. Use the "click to renew" link at the top of the parking page or log in to your account, click on Domain Names and follow the links. Check if your hosting needs renewing at the same time.
Make a note in your diary to renew your domain just before Christmas next time as that will give you about three weeks to sort out any problems.
