I have been trying to upload a website using the Bravenet ftp applet and java as recommended. The file says it is transferring, but 0% transfers. Can you help?

The applet hardly works it has had issues for a long time with uploading files

Download a copy of Filezilla and use that.
The applet can be flaky at times but as so many PC editors have FTP capability built in as well as there being some good free dedicated FTP products around, it isn't a priority on Bravenet's part.
