Hi, I am using an external programe (WebPlus10) to upload a new website. I can get connected to the Bravehost server (on a test) but always get a message "an error has occured 200 type set to I,227 entering passive mode (65......) 550 index.html .. Permission denied". My website is olivegrovefarm.com. I have not entered a folder to upload to - what is it? Is this the problem?
