I actually have 2 issues. On my new computer, the only way I can get to bravenet( the host site, not my site) is to use a proxy. The site doesn't show up at all when I use my computer as it is.
2nd problem. I can edit some things here, and if I use my url to get to my site, I can, but if I try to preview it here,I get a 404 message. I honestly don't know how to resolve either issue

Problem seems to be you don't know your own URL. It is http://ffap.bravehost.com/ - not what you said.

From your domain name you appear to be located on the island of Nauru. Web access from small states like this is notoriously difficult because of low bandwidth. The proxy issue you need to take up with your service provider, which I imagine will be in Australia.
