Re: 403 forbidden

The update you have done may have taken you over, I don't know, but before I paid I did an upload but it just did not take it and left my site as it was. must be something else you will have to wait for the experts.

Re: 403 forbidden

Looks fine now.

When you delete a file the space isn't released at once but only when Bravenet do some housekeeping.

Re: 403 forbidden

Watch it if you add other pages and load them with huge sized images those will definitely take you over and such

So need to size them down with irfanview to an appropriate size and more so you don't go over again with the 5mb limit

It can easily be done especially if you put up digital images that MAY APPEAR to be one size on your site but are totally another size altogether.

Re: 403 forbidden

I deleted a bunch of old pages last night (the site was fine with them on), and then added just 2 new ones (deleted 5 old ones). Both the old and new had about 3 pics per page, and I did resize them using DrPic.com .

Someone mentioed that the 403forbidden message will come if you're over size - I was showing way over size 13mb rather than 5mb. It's been 12 hours since my upgrades - do you think tht bravehost hasn't actually deleted the old data yet?

I can't even view my site through the wizard - though I could last night - so I can't even delete or change anything.

HELP!

Re: 403 forbidden

Lisa,

I would double check your picture size again. Delete pictures you don't need.
