Hi I have a domain name by bravenet but need a host but please the cheapest one and how do I set it up,can some one help me with this as I'am not very technical

First, check that you don't have webspace somewhere already. Many ISPs will reserve space for you when you subscribe to their services. If not, go here.
(Or just type "free hosting" or "cheap hosting" in google, there are hundreds out there, I just thought that since you ask at a bravenet forum.....)
