I upgrade my acount on Dec 11, but my free registered domain, do not apear in my acount, instead there is a mesage that says "Hosting expired" can anybody explain what happens? And my credit card is charge twice!!, I already take a Ticket and I waiting for a response. But if any can explain me I will be gratefull. Sorry for my enghish I'm from a Spanish language country

Were you billed twice for your domain name OR your hosting? Or were you billed for hosting AND your domain name? A domain name will only cost about $20 per year. Hosting will cost considerably more.

Hosting and domain names are separate issues. The free domain name that you get, when you initially sign up for paid hosting, is only free for the first year. After that you are responsible for keeping it paid up to date, along with your hosting.
