Im new at all of this uploading with dreamweaver since im used to the normal HTML CSS way of doing it.
I have all my files ready and my index (which is called mockup.html)
Can anyone tell me or show me a link of how to upload these files so they can be viewd in my website? Thanks.

first your main homepage needs to be called index.html

not mockup.html


and you use Dreamweavers built in ftp

so login to your bravenet account click the ftp tab to get all your information that you plug into the ftp program that should be in with the Dreamweaver program


Now how fully Dreamweaver has things when you get into the ftp not sure perhaps someone more can elaborate on that part that uses Dreamweaver

Amazing how simple it was...

When I try to configure my dreamweaver 8, it asks a question:
"What url would you use to browse to the root of the site?"....

How do i find out what url should be inserted in there...

the onelisted in the automatically does not work..
test url fails

can anybody help with this??
