I get the above message trying to access www.tanjaycity.info/ I upgraded to a Pro Hosting package where my web site is uploaded in one folder - httpdocs. All the sub folders and files including the index.html are in it. How do you activate the link?

I can answer you because this happened to me and others need to be aware. There is no need for a open ticket. The reason you are getting this is because you had a website that is free, correct?

Well I do too and I went and did some changes, saved them. Now my website is not authorized to view.

They changed how much MB space we can have on our free site so now we have to pay $12 or more to have our site back.

So now I have no website and thats fine. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will not recommend them ever again to anyone.

5 meg is huge unless you are want to serve print quality photos.

I have uploaded my web site the Pro Hosting package. How do I activate www.tanjaycity.info? The ftp site:

401 error message file
403 error message file
404 error message file
500 error message file
index785.html
I want to link tanjaycity.info to the index.html which is in the httpdocs folder and not use index785,html file.

You need to move the index.html file you wanted to use. Your index.html file has to be in the root/main folder of your website. So take it out of your httpdocs folder.

You probably started deleting things and uploading things to wrong place and more


A big difference with a free subdomain

xxx.bravehost.com


compared to yourdomainname.com

or whatever such you have


So have to make sure you are uploading/publishing to the proper place and more your files
