server unavailable????

I am trying to work on some websites for critical updates and it says the SERVER IS UNAVAILABLE?!? when I log in...anyone know what is going on?

perhaps is busy or they are doing some maintenance so just try to login at another time is all you can do

and if still get the message then open a support ticket
