I went to renew my hosting and accidentally used the wrong visa number, so now i went back in to try and renew it again with the right card and it won't allow me to do it. It tells me to contact support...which i did on Friday, its now almost Monday and i have no heard back, in the meantime my site is down and im losing business :(

Does anyone know why it won't let me try again?

you already submitted a renewal so you will have to get it changed by bravenet


so monitor your e-mail address and or your ticket online if you have not received the automated response you opened a ticket and or a response yet

It is the weekend and bravenet is not fully available on weekends.


But as said it took your first submission so until you hear on your ticket not much else can do
