Is tech support on vacation?

I have been trying for two days to open a tech support ticket. Whenever I attempt to submit it, I receive the message, "Invalid information". The information is NOT invalid. Does tech support no longer exist?

Anyhow, here is my question. Maybe someone here can help.

On June 19, 2002 I registered a domain through Bravenet. It does not expire until June 19, 2010. However, when I check my account here it shows I have no domains registered. Why is that? And exactly where is it registered through?

The answer is the same as where you first posted (or maybe this was the first one). Posting all over the place doesn't get you better answers - you will just be ignored by those smart enough to check the forums for time wasters before replying.

Since I'm obviously not smart enough for that, with a more difficult question you might have gotten a better answer from one of those other people. Fortunately, your question was easy enough, even for me.
