Upgrading Package

I am currently using a free hosting account and in the website wizard I have 16 templates that I can choose from, if I upgrade my plane will I have more to choose from, and if so, roughly how many?

The Wizard is the Wizard. Upgrading will give you more space, more bandwidth and no advertising. I suspect they didn't expect people paying to use the Wizard.
