Hi, I have a premier account and have been using it for years with no problems. I have now registered another domain for a completely different site. I can't figure out how to set up this completely separate website within the hosting space that I pay for. I've tried the create a website thing, but it's says that my site is a free site and not a part of my payed server space. Anybody care to give me some instruction on how to do this? thanks!
Services are priced individually, Bravenet don't sell an account package. There are several possibilities here:
1. Your paid site is one of the 0catch sites that Bravenet used to sell before they started offering hosting of their own.
2. You have created a new Bravenet account for the second site
3. Your paid site is part of one of the other Bravenet services such as Viviti or Bravejournal and not standard hosting.
