I thought the www. address was included in the yearly hosting price. I went to renew and they wanted to charge me for the hosting and $8.95 to renewing the domain name.

Is this normal for pro hosting?

YOu get a domain for free for 1 year only.

After that year you will have to start paying for your DOMAIN AND your PAID hosting plan you have as well

So if you signed up for the 1 year hosting plan and have to renew then you renew the DOMAIN AND THE HOSTING both.

Actually this is what it says now..

That leads one to believe it is free with paid hosting as long as you pay for a year at a time. Not a one time offer and it is $8.95 a year without hosting.

I talked to support today.. Domain names are free with paid hosting..

They said to just let my hosting renew its self in a few days and everything would be fine.
