I went to up grade our web site from free to a two year term. We had the coupon number so we would only be charged the $3.99 per month up grade fee but there was no place to put that coupon code in. I am worried that we are now going to be charged the $7.49. How can we find out how much they are charging us and get this corrected?

2. Contact your payment card provider

so whether they only allowed it through last week only

you could be back at the regular price


but as said open a ticket and see what they say
