Bravenet not accepting my validation code for upgrade
I have entered a ticket for the following problem, but this being a weekend, I might not get a response until Monday. Monday I will be unavailable, and Tuesday, 9/15/2009 my site will be wiped out as my storage will be cut.
I'm trying to upgrade from free hosting, but I keep getting an error message: "Invalid validation code", or something like that. Possibly the problem stems from my entering the code yesterday, and getting a page asking me to submit billing info, at which time I abandoned the upgrade registration.
I wish to complete the transaction today. Maybe the system thinks I've already used the code.
