Centering Theme in browser

Hi,
I seem to be unable to centre my website in the browser. It always aligns to the left. Is there a way to centre it for all browsers?

I just covered that subject in the "Web Design Forum" with the centering web page thread. There is also a brief explanation on one of my Theme centering test pages.

Browser: Firefox, Netscape, Sea Monkey, Internet Explorer, .....
