I already have a registered domain I want to use, but when I click the FTP tab, the only option I have is to register for another. I don't want to register for another one. Where can I go or what do I do to use my domain name?

This is the same problem that I am having. Any help would be appreciated

You must have a website created in order to use FTP.

First of all, is your domain hosted here at Bravenet?

If yes, do you see it on the domain tab? If you do not see your domain on the domain tab then please contact support.

Did you buy your domain somewhere else? If you did, that's fine - you just need to add it.

Click on the websites tab.
Click build a new website.

From here, select either:

Use an existing domain (IF you registered it here at bravenet)

or

Use a domain registered elsewhere

After you complete these steps, you should see your website listed under the website tab. You should now be able to use FTP.

Again, if you registered your domain with Bravenet but it is not showing on your domain tab then you need to contact support and get that taken care of first.
