i have uploaded music to my website as .wav files and embedded it but on some computers the quicktime symbol comes up and the play box deosnt what is wrong?? aldo if u have another embedding code that does work give it to me plz

not all people have music players on their computers either

if the quick time symbol comes up then it means that person doesn't have quicktime

maybe they need to download quicktime or windowsmedia player or something


a different code WILL NOT help you

if the peron on the computer doesn't have a media player to hear the music then SO WHAT

either they have to download a player to hear the music or they don't

It isn't required for us to have a player on our computers if we DON'T WANT IT

That is a 4.7 mb file. Many of your visitors will have come and gone again long before that finishes downloading.

ive let the page sit for an hour and it still gave me the quicktime symbol

I don't see the quicktime symbol because my default player is Windows media so the music plays

Hi corwings. I am having problems with music. I have another website with music and it works fine. So I copied the coding to my new site but it wont play music. All it shows is the X. Can you help me with this?? Thanks.
