Re: HIRING - Experienced Glass Installers Knoxville & Chattanooga, TN areas

That FIVE year thing is still a freaking issue for you, Scott. But now you're looking for that Billy with "only" four years of experience to contact you back. You're an arrogant hard head, Scott.

Re: HIRING - Experienced Glass Installers Knoxville & Chattanooga, TN areas

Research at the only company that would do such research has shown that the MOST productive and cost effective technician is 3 years. That is the point where the skill set is developed and before the time when wage, age, and career dissatisfaction arise. From the standpoint of experience, a guy with 10+ years is the worst. Most difficult to train, most likely to get injured, highest paid, most bitterness from still doing the job.
