Volvo

Volvo says

" Volvo Car USA LLC requires all windshield replacements on Volvo vehicles be performed
according to Volvo standards at an authorized Volvo facility, using only Volvo Genuine Windshields and adhesives. "

I like the fact that Volvo Cars USA "REQUIRES" it.

And if a lowly auto glass shop installs it, the penalty will be ???????????????

The perpetrator will arrested in a predawn assault on his work truck. Everything will be confiscated. He will be held until he agrees to spill the beans as to where he purchased the illegal windshield. Then be coerced to lie about every other job he ever did. Oh and CNN will be there an hour before hand to be ready to film the perp.

Have done a lot of Dealer work over the years. Never ran across a Dealer who did their own w/s replacements in NY. Dealer w/s ok but a dealer Tech installation??
