Absolutely Awful.. every time you call.. it LITERALLY takes them over an hour to answer (unfortunately, i'm not exaggerating) And when they do, they are extremely rude, unhelpful and annoyed that you're even calling... i honestly don't know how they are in business and how they have an A+ rating?? How insurance companies have them as an exclusive autoglass 3rd party is completely beyond me!! They should shut down - waste of jobs and money!!
