LR Door Glass Replacement '17 Maserati Ghibli

Anyone had experience replacing the door glass on one of these vehicles?

The motor only seems to want to spin "downwards" using the switch, we can get zero upward action out of the motor with the switch.

When the switch is clicked upward, there is no noise from the door control module, only on down. Fuses and relays have been checked to be fine.

Maserati has been little help and only suggested unplugging the battery, which we tried to no avail.
