The folks with broken glass go where they are told to go. Agents are irrelevant dinosaurs. Safelite's ONLY customer is the insurance industry. The insurance industry loves the money Safelite saves them and could care less about little BBB reports.

These reviews reveal two things. First, the BBB is a joke. Second, Safelite clearly is not doing what their commercials claim. It doesn’t matter. I have countless customers that were steered to Safelite once and said never again. Now they’re my loyal customers.
