How to get a windshield part from a NAG number??

I have customers asking me for some of the elements attached to the windshield (mirror buttons, sensor holders, rain and humidity sensors, plastic brackets, optical couplers, heating foils...), The only information they provide me is the NAG number containing this part. I'm in Europe and we do not use NAGS (we use Eurocodes), there is no way we can know the details of this part when it comes to geometry, measures... We need this parts physically, so, how can I have this parts on my hand? Or the area or the windshield where it is attached?
