anyone else ?

I am having issues contacting SGC, both by phone, as well as with unanswered emails. I don't want to get preached to as to why bill them etc etc.... I am just asking if anyone else having same issues ?

Yes! Shopcare has either not answered or taken very long to answer several emails lately. I cannot say about phone calls.

Apparently there are troubles going on at ShopCare. Allison Heineman who was manager of that dept at SL is no longer. I have no idea who took over or what the problems are exactly. Perhaps someone knows more...

Who was Allison Heineman, and why is this person being gone or moved (or whichever) important? Since I have no idea, I'm asking why this one person or lack there-of, if she(?) is now gone, had any impact on the Shop Care department. No sarcasm intended.
