Looking at switching to Mainstreet. Was wondering if any current/past users could offer opinions. Thanks.

I'm looking into the same thing and might be getting a demo here soon. Can you elaborate a little more on why they are junk so I know what to look for?

Try Elmo by IBS, try glassmate from mitchell but i also have used mainstreet briefly , not impressed. If they did not have glass doctor as a customer not sure they would have that big of a user base.
