Short Pay Question

Hello,

I sent an invoice to Metlife last week and today I received a dispatch from safelite for the job with a much lower price. My question is, should I still bill and collect the smaller amount from safelite and then sue for the difference or should I just sue for the entire amount up front?

Six to one, half a dozen to the other. Just make sure you collect the full amount and make it clear to Met Lifethat you ALWAYS collect any short pays. If Safelite sends a partial payment thank Met Life for the partial pay and demand they pay the balance.
