DW2014 lane departure

We have used 2 DW2041 Pilkingtons and are having lane departure problems. The box on the windshield seems smaller.

Re: DW2014 lane departure

what year and model are you trying to fit
and is it a 2014 or 2041 you are talking about
you have written both numbers

Re: DW2014 lane departure

It is a DW2041GTY and DW2134GBY both were pilkington glasses, Suburban, Tahoe and pickups with LDWS. I have gone to the dealerships and measured the openings and both openings are too large and will not let the computer work correctly. FYG america DOT 1038 and CMX Vitro dot 287 are oem glass and have the correct openings. If anyone has different suggestions I would be open to hearing about your fixes.

Re: DW2014 lane departure

what year truck are you working on

Re: DW2014 lane departure

WINDSHIELD14-15 CHEVROLET, GMC, SILVERAD
that is a 2041 what year do you have

Re: DW2014 lane departure

GM released new variants in 2016 with larger openings - DW02274 and DW02275. Not sure if these two are backwards compatible, but there has been much churn with newer models trying to use the previous variants, DW02134, DW02135 and DW02136. Also, the DW02041 is smaller yet, and is only intended for the Silverado.
