verification delays

Is anyone else seeing a larger amount of delays with verifications with Slite? or is it just par for the course?
The last 7 out of 10 went to verification. My customer was in my office setting up the claim with me, so Iam not sure why the constant delay.

Verify coverage with the insurance company and have a assignment of proceeds

on your invoice and proceed with doing the job.

That is all you have to do.
