2015 Dodge Ram 2500 Rear Door

Just did a rear door on a 2015 dodge, never seen this before. Wondering if I did it correctly, but I literally had to take all the 10 mil bolts off the casing and pull it out slightly, then slide the glass into the door itself. ( not through the top but through the opening in the door. Has anyone ran into this before or know any other year makes and models this happens with?

100% thats the only way ive been able to do those . same procedures for years 2009-current

The first one I did, I was struggling and our csr said it looks like it needs to go in from the bottom. Her lack of experience doing glass allowed her to see the obvious before I did.

You are correct sir. Worst part of that job is getting the glass out of the bottom of the door.
